目的探讨耐多药结核病患者治疗管理依从性的影响因素。方法于2007-2009年对河南省12个市级结核病防治机构治疗满一年的98例耐多药肺结核病患者治疗进行问卷调查,利用卡方对影响治疗依从性的可能因素进行单因素分析。结果观察1年的治疗,耐药种类、不良反应的发生、交通不便、经济困难、结核病防治知识的知晓情况对患者治疗管理依从性均有影响,其对比均有显著性差异。结论耐多药结核病患者依从性受多种因素的影响,积极采取相应对策,可以提高耐多药肺结核患者的治疗依从性,降低治疗失败率和病死率。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of treatment management compliance in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients. Methods A total of 98 cases of MDR-TB patients treated in 12 municipal TB prevention and treatment institutions in Henan Province during 2007-2009 were investigated by questionnaires. Univariate analysis was used to analyze the possible factors that influence the compliance of treatment. Results Observation of 1-year treatment, resistance type, occurrence of adverse reactions, traffic inconvenience, economic difficulties, knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment had an impact on patient management and management compliance, and the differences were significant. Conclusion The compliance of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is affected by many factors and the corresponding countermeasures can be taken aggressively to improve the treatment compliance of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and reduce the treatment failure rate and mortality rate.
