目的:观察扶正化瘀解毒方联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组各30例。治疗组予扶正化瘀解毒方合阿德福韦酯片治疗,对照组给予乙肝解毒胶囊合阿德福韦酯片治疗。观察治疗前、治疗后24周ALT、AST、乙肝两对半、HBV-DNA等指标变化及临床症状积分变化,并比较两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正化瘀解毒方联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切,安全性高。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Fuzhenghuayujiedu and adefovir dipivoxil tablets, while the control group was treated with hepatitis B detoxification capsules and adefovir dipivoxil tablets. Observed before treatment, 24 weeks after treatment ALT, AST, hepatitis B two and a half, HBV-DNA and other indicators of changes and clinical symptoms score changes, and the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzhenghuayujiedu combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is effective and safe.
