本文以两则工伤保险赔偿和交通事故人身伤害赔偿为案例,讨论了我国法律关于两者关系的现行规定,然后基于这两则案例,发表了自己的看法。

In this paper, two cases of compensation for work-related injury insurance and personal injury compensation for traffic accidents are taken as examples to discuss the current provisions of our law on the relationship between the two, and then make their own opinions based on these two cases.
