为了探讨慢性肺心病患者凝血机制的变化,作者对70例住院的慢性肺心病患者进行了多项凝血指标的检查,现将结果报道如下.1 一般资料1.1 观察对象选择1987年2月至1989年10月住院的慢性肺心病患者70例,其诊断符合1977年全国第二次肺心病会议所制订的诊断标准.其中男37例,女33例,年龄28～73岁,平均57.1岁.
In order to explore the changes of coagulation mechanism in patients with chronic cor pulmonale, the author of 70 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with a number of coagulation tests, the results reported below.1 General Information 1.1 Subjects of choice 1987 February to 1989 70 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease hospitalized in October were diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria set by the Second National Pulmonary Heart Disease Conference in 1977. There were 37 males and 33 females with an average age of 57.1 years (range, 28-73 years).
