一九六二年九月以来,一千四百二十五名南京知識青年分批来到江苏省云台农場落戶。两年多来,他們在农場的党团组织和老职工的亲切关怀和教导下,经历了思想斗爭、劳动鍛炼和生活的考驗,已经逐步成长起来。这批占农場职工总数百分之六十五以上的知識青年,活跃在农場各个不同的工作崗位上,其中九十八人担任了生产队长、专业队长、团支部书記等工作,成为生产上的骨干力量。他們在
