汽轮机油系统的清洁与否 ,对机组的安全、长期稳定运行影响很大。为了提高国产机组油系统的质量 ,应该从设计及安装的不同角度加以考虑 ,并采取有效的措施。山西电建一公司在安装过程中 ,通过对沙岭子 1、5号机组的油系统进行分析 ,提出了对国产机组的油系统在安装、冲洗、循环和工艺等方面的改进方案 ,并在 6号机组安装过程实施 ,取得了较好的效果。但由于各厂的设计、设备不尽相同 ,因此在施工中还应根据具体情况进行分析 ,才能制定出适应机组特点的方案和措施
