众所周如,工程作业指导是工程施工过程中十分重要的环节,工程作业指导是项目技术负责人、班(组)长向下一级有关的工程管理、技术人员或工人交待清楚本工程的施工任务、关键部位、施工操作要点、工程质量标准、分工、配合、安全等事项等,它是工程质量事前控制的重要手段,它是确保工程质量的重要措施,建筑工程如此,园林绿化工程也一样。本文提出了园林绿化工程项目作业指导的要求、作业指导的编制原则、作业指导的内容。
