当前干部监督机制中存在的主要问题有:一是监督观念淡薄,不敢监督,不想监督,不愿监督,不善监督;二是监督重点不突出,妨碍了监督的落实;三是监督的信息渠道不畅通;四是监督机制不健全。对广大干部进行监督与制约,关键是要建立有效的机制,作为领导干部要自觉接受党内、党外监督;作为监督部门要认真履行职责,做到真监督、动真格;此外要健全监督机制,大众监督要克服监督意识淡薄,“事不关己,高高挂起”的心态,组织监督要清除盲点,舆论监督的力度要加大。
