将鼻咽癌克隆细胞株CNE-2Z-H5、F1及H5移植瘤之淋巴结及肺转移灶组织,移植入裸鼠皮下,观察其自发性转移;同时研究了转移组和非转移组移植瘤之间,不同生长时间瘤重、体积倍增时间及增殖细胞核抗原表达的差异。结果显示:各类移植瘤的转移能力及途径均不同;在一定生长时间内,转移组移植瘤重大于非转移组(P<0.05).体积倍增时间较非转移组短(P<0.05),增殖细胞核抗原表达较非转移组强。提示:淋巴结及肺转移灶组织中可能存在高转移特性、且为不同转移途径的异质性转移亚群;肿瘤细胞转移和增殖能力存在一定的关系。
The nasopharyngeal carcinoma clone cell line CNE-2Z-H5, F1 and H5 xenografts of lymph node and lung metastasis tissue transplanted into the skin of nude mice to observe its spontaneous metastasis; at the same time study the metastasis group and non-metastasis group Tumor weight, volume doubling time and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen at different growth stages. The results showed that the metastatic potential and pathways of all kinds of xenografts were different. In certain growth time, the transplanted xenografts in the metastatic group were significantly more than those in the non-metastatic group (P <0.05). The volume doubling time was shorter than that of non-metastasis group (P <0.05), and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen was stronger than that of non-metastasis group. It is suggested that there may be high metastatic characteristics in lymph node and lung metastasis tissues, and they are heterogeneous metastatic subpopulations of different metastatic pathways. There is a certain relationship between tumor cell metastasis and proliferation ability.
