介绍京津城际铁路列车运行控制系统(CTCS—3D)及350 km/h动车组列车的控车模式,从列车调度员直接指挥行车作业和设置临时限速、助理调度员直接指挥调车作业、调度命令作为行车凭证等方面论述调度集中的行车组织方式,阐述250 km/h动车组列车上线运行和350 km/h动车组列车下线运行的技术条件和行车组织方式;总结京津城际铁路在引进国外技术和设备的基础上,结合我国运输需求,优化控车设备和调度集中设备配置,采用科学合理的行车组织方法,实现不同速度种类高速列车跨线运行、确保行车安全等方面取得的一系列创新性成果。
