孔老夫子有一句流传千古的名言:“食色,性也”。吃,乃人类永恒的主题之一。在汪曾祺众多的散文中,关于吃文化的文章占据了一大部分,如我们熟知的《端午的鸭蛋》《蚕豆》《豆腐》《泡茶馆》……《汪曾祺谈吃》一书以清新质朴的文字,仿佛好友闲聊般,以从容不迫的文字缓缓的把平凡人家里各种家常小菜细细道来,写得妙趣横生,果真做到了把平凡之物写进了大雅之堂。
