以生物柴油为原料,在AlCl_3及助催化剂作用下制备二聚脂肪酸甲酯。考察了AlCl_3与助催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间等对反应的影响。用液相色谱法跟踪分析二聚脂肪酸甲酯的含量,试验结果表明AlCl_3具有较高的催化活性,正交试验得到最优工艺条件为:助催化剂1.0wt%,AlCl_35.0wt%,反应温度170℃,反应时间5h,二聚脂肪酸甲酯的最高含量可达61.8%。产品得到IR表征。
Biodiesel as raw material, prepared under the action of AlCl 3 and cocatalyst dimer fatty acid methyl ester. The effects of the amount of AlCl 3 and cocatalyst, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The content of dimer fatty acid methyl ester was analyzed by liquid chromatography. The experimental results showed that AlCl 3 had high catalytic activity. The optimum conditions of orthogonal experiment were as follows: 1.0 wt% of cocatalyst, 35.0 wt% of AlCl_3 and 170 ℃, reaction time 5h, the highest content of dimer fatty acid methyl ester up to 61.8%. The product is characterized by IR.
