A series of new 3,5-disubstituted 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thiones have been designed and synthesized by the principle of medicinal chemistry. Their structures were confirmed by IR, UV and elemental analysis , Antibacterial activity test showed good antibacterial activity.
