概述了单铸试样结构尺寸的正确性及其浇注系统的合理性对提高铝合金熔模铸造单铸试样的合格率、真实反映合金性能、减少铸件验收中的误判具有实际意义,分析和确定了单铸试样的结构尺寸,并通过对浇注系统不同截面、长度的试验和对其缺陷的统计,探讨了单铸试样的浇注系统应作如下改进:增大下部内浇口直径,加大横浇道长度,增设过滤网,这样浇注出的单铸试样的机械性能测定值可真实反映合金的机械性能值。
The correctness of the structure size and the rationality of its pouring system are summarized.
