目的 探讨宫颈癌 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因表达的改变与其临床意义。方法 对 2 4例宫颈癌组织及对照组宫颈组织采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)法检测 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因蛋白的表达 ,结合临床资料分析基因改变的临床意义。结果 宫颈癌中 bcl- 2基因蛋白表达高于对照组 ,p5 3基因蛋白表达低于对照组 ,其中二者均为 期高于 期 , 期均低于 期和 期 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因的表达在宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用 ,在宫颈癌早期 ,bcl- 2主要抑制细胞凋亡 ,而 p5 3则在癌组织中促进细胞凋亡
Objective To investigate the changes of bcl-2 and p5 3 gene expression in cervical cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of bcl-2 and p5 3 protein were detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 24 cervical cancer tissues and control group. The clinical data were analyzed for the clinical significance of gene changes . Results The expression of bcl-2 protein in cervical cancer was higher than that in control group. The expression of p5 3 protein in cervical cancer was lower than that in control group, both of which were higher than the control group and lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The expressions of bcl-2 and p5 3 genes play an important role in the development of cervical cancer. In the early stage of cervical cancer, bcl-2 mainly inhibits the apoptosis, while p5 3 promotes apoptosis in the cancer tissue
