对五种国产染发剂及其主要组份对苯二胺进行了沙门氏菌致突变(Ames)试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验的研究,探讨其有无遗传毒性。结果发现4种染发剂和其主要组份对苯二胺在有S9的条件下,对TA97、TA98均表现出诱变菌落数大于自发回变数的2倍以上,提示染发剂有一定的遗传毒性,并与对苯二胺的存在有关。微核试验仅1种染发剂在21.62mg/kg时,微核效应率显著高于对照组(U=2.61,P<0.01)。
