文章采用社会资本理论和技术接受模型,构建学术虚拟社区持续知识共享的结构方程模型,深入探究学术虚拟社区用户持续知识共享的关键影响因素。以科学网社区用户为调查对象,通过网络调查获得370份有效问卷,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对模型进行验证。研究结果表明,社会资本、感知有用性和感知易用性均对学术虚拟社区知识共享满意度具有显著的正向影响,并且知识共享的满意度显著地影响持续知识共享的意愿。
This article uses the model of social capital theory and technology acceptance to construct the structural equation model of continuous knowledge sharing in academic virtual community and deeply explores the key influencing factors of continuous knowledge sharing for academic virtual community users. Based on the survey of community users in ScienceNet, 370 valid questionnaires were obtained through online survey, and PLS was used to validate the model. The results show that social capital, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use all have a significant positive impact on satisfaction of knowledge sharing in academic virtual communities, and the satisfaction of knowledge sharing significantly affects the willingness of continuing knowledge sharing.
