目的:优化跌打镇痛巴布剂的基质处方。方法:采用均匀设计法,以巴布剂基质各组分在跌打镇痛巴布剂处方中的百分配比(%)作为变量,评价指标黏着力、持黏力及其归一化值作为应变量,进行实验设计。结果:优化后的巴布剂基质各组分在巴布剂处方中的百分配比(%)为:部分中和聚丙烯酸钠∶卡波姆∶聚维酮∶甘羟铝∶酒石酸∶高岭土∶山梨醇∶甘油=5∶1.2∶2.5∶0.25∶0.15∶4∶12∶5。结论:优化巴布剂基质各组分在巴布剂处方中的配比后的跌打镇痛巴布剂具有良好的黏着力和持黏力。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the matrix prescription of traumatic analgesia cataplasm. Methods: Uniform design method was adopted to take the percentage distribution (%) of each component of cataplasm matrix in the prescription of buccal pain relief cataplasm as a variable to evaluate the indexes of adhesive force, holding viscosity and normalized value as Should be variable, experimental design. RESULTS: The percentages (%) of the components of the optimized poultice base in the poultice formulation were: Partly neutralized sodium polyacrylate: Carbopol: Povidone: Glycoaluminate: Tartaric acid: Kaolin: Sorbitol: glycerol = 5: 1.2: 2.5: 0.25: 0.15: 4: 12: 5. CONCLUSION: The optimal drug cataplasm cataplasm has good adhesion and holding capacity after the components in the cataplasm cataplasm are optimized in the cataplasm prescription.
