采用等离子喷涂的方法在TC4钛合金表面制备适用于太阳翼铰链结构的WC基耐磨涂层,对影响涂层性能的关键工艺参数进行分析。结果表明:所制备的涂层孔隙率小于5%,显微硬度(HV_(0.3))为880.2,WC颗粒含量大于45%(质量分数),与TC4基体的结合强度为61.0 MPa,涂层表面粗糙度R_z为30.6μm;主气流量、喷涂功率和喷涂距离对涂层性能影响较显著。
The WC-based wear-resistant coating for the solar wing hinge structure was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by plasma spraying, and the key process parameters influencing the coating performance were analyzed. The results show that the porosity of the prepared coating is less than 5%, the microhardness (HV_ (0.3)) is 880.2, the content of WC particles is more than 45% (mass fraction), the bonding strength with TC4 substrate is 61.0 MPa, The roughness R_z is 30.6μm. The influence of main gas flow, spraying power and spraying distance on the coating performance is significant.
