近年来,山东省东营市以承担的全国教育科学“十二五”规划教育部重点课题“市域整体推进小班化教育行动研究”为抓手,从市域层面加强顶层设计和政策支持,积极开展小班化教育试点,取得了阶段性成果。但在整体推进策略、内涵品质提升、科学比较研究等方面还存在一些问题,应通过强化政府保障、城乡分类推进、课程课堂改革创新、实证比较研究等措施,进一步提升小班化教育品质。
