农村群众文化是我国文化事业的重要组成部分,是推动农村经济建设和发展的强大动力。由于多种因素的制约,我国欠发达地区农村的群众文化长期滞后于经济发展。农村群众文化工作是一个系统工程,应在改革投入体制、加强人才队伍、完善网络文化等方面出实招、亮本领,群众文化工作才能呈现良性发展状态。
The mass culture in rural areas is an important part of our cultural undertaking and a powerful driving force for promoting rural economic construction and development. Due to a variety of factors, the mass culture in rural areas in the underdeveloped areas of China has lagged behind economic development for a long time. The work of mass culture in rural areas is a systematic project. Therefore, it is necessary for people’s cultural work to show a benign state of development in the areas of reforming the system, strengthening the ranks of qualified personnel, and improving the network culture.
