本文研究了大鼠尾神经运动传导速度(MCV)与其内铅含量的关系。实验用53只雄性大鼠,分三组:Ⅰ组,每次腹腔注射1%醋酸铅2ml,每周6~8次,总量80~160mg;Ⅱ组,每次腹腔注射1%醋酸铅1ml,每周6~8次,总量60~120mg;Ⅲ组,为对照组,每次注射1 ml生理盐水。在初次注射后第3、5、6、7和8周测尾神经MCV。在第6周、8周末次注射醋酸铅后3天测定MCV,再用断头法取血样及坐骨神经,分析其内铅含量。结果发现,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠MCV随年龄增加而上升,但至第7周Ⅱ组的MCV明显低于Ⅲ组
This article studies the relationship between motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and its lead content in rats. Fifty-three male rats were randomly divided into three groups: group Ⅰ, 2ml of 1% lead acetate was injected intraperitoneally every 6-8 times a week for a total of 80-160mg; Group Ⅱ, 1ml of lead acetate Week 6 to 8 times, the total amount of 60 ~ 120mg; Ⅲ group, the control group, each injection of 1 ml of saline. MCV were measured on the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th week after the first injection. MCV was measured 3 days after injection of lead acetate in the 6th week and the 8th week, then the blood samples and the sciatic nerve were obtained by decapitation method, and the content of lead in the samples was analyzed. The results showed that the MCV of rats in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased with age, but the MCV of group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ
