中国正全面进入医学社会化时代,慢性病越来越威胁着居民的健康。预防和治疗慢性病是当前我国亟需解决的公共卫生问题之一。本综述较全面、系统、综合的介绍和评价不同视角的疾病观以及国内外慢性病的研究成果和重点,最后在参考借鉴欧美发达国家已有慢性病的丰硕研究成果和完备的医疗护理体制的基础上,反思中国慢性病研究的缺点与不足,并指明今后中国慢性病研究、预防与治疗的基本思路和可能方向。
China is entering a comprehensive era of medical socialization. Chronic diseases are increasingly threatening the health of residents. Prevention and treatment of chronic diseases is one of the most urgent public health problems in our country. This review is a comprehensive, systematic and comprehensive introduction and evaluation of different perspectives on disease viewpoints and the research results and emphasis of chronic diseases both at home and abroad. Finally, on the basis of referring to the rich research results of chronic diseases in developed countries in Europe and the United States and a complete medical care system , Reflect on the shortcomings and deficiencies of the research on chronic diseases in China and indicate the basic ideas and possible directions for the future research, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in China.
