本文从学生评价的视角,通过选取224份有效调研样本,从总体满意度、课程定位、师资队伍、教学方法及手段、网络建设等5个方面,对河南科技大学“管理学”精品课程建设进行评价。其结论是学生的满意度比较高,但课程定位还处在迷茫和探索阶段,教学团队还需要不断提升,教学方法不能很好地满足学生对“管理学”教学的需要,教学手段在软件建设方面亟须改善,自建网络资源的内容及其更新和沟通交互等需要提升。今后“管理学”精品课程的建设应该着重从加强师资队伍建设、进一步明确课程定位、丰富教学方法和手段、规范网络资源及其管理等四个方面着手。
This paper, from the perspective of student evaluation, selects 224 effective research samples from five aspects of overall satisfaction, curriculum orientation, faculty, teaching methods and means, network construction and other aspects of Henan University of Science and Technology Construction evaluation. The conclusion is that the students’ satisfaction is relatively high, but the curriculum orientation is still in a confused and exploratory stage. The teaching team still needs to be improved continuously. The teaching methods can not meet the needs of students in teaching management. There is an urgent need to improve the software construction, and the content of self-built network resources and their updating and communication needs to be improved. In the future, the construction of excellent course of “Management Science” should focus on four aspects: strengthening the construction of teaching staff, further clarifying the course orientation, enriching teaching methods and means, standardizing network resources and management.
