为了贯彻执行《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》,为我国四化建设培养更多、更好的外语人才,从事外语教育的各级领导和广大教师都在学习《决定》的同时,结合本地、本校的具体情况进行着从教育体制到教学管理,从课程设置到教材、教法、从语言教学的一般规律到外语教学的特点等方面的探索与研究.我们进行改革不仅要从微观方面着手,而且要从宏观方面研究.要探讨为了培养适应四化建设需要的合格的人才,如何加强外语教育各个阶段之间的衔接与联系.否则,各个阶段的教学和教学互不通
