现报告感冒通所致的严重肝损害2例。例1,冯某某,男性,27岁,干部,住院号161808,以明显乏力,厌食一周为主诉,于1995年3月7日17时30分入院。患者一周前因鼻塞、喷嚏、头痛、全身不适等感冒症状,自服家中备用药感冒通4片/次,3次/日,3天共服36片,后觉全身乏力、厌食,逐日加重,但无恶心、呕吐,无发烧、腹胀等。3月7日晨来我院就医,经化验肝功能,ALT3849u/L,AST1～6lu/L,TBIL75.4μmoL/L,DBIL29.7μmol/L。ALT高出正常值100多倍。(我院对转氨酶测定采用AST动力学方
