我院近年来门诊、急诊住院病人中共发生心脏骤停42人116次进行了常规复苏,8例成功,四例健在其结果报告于后。一、临床资料:男28例,女14例,年龄11—74岁,平均43.2岁。其原发于风湿病3例,冠心病5例,高心病2例,原发性心肌病2例,病毒性心肌炎2例,先天性心脏病2例,心肌梗塞4例,脑血管意外5例,严重心律失常6例,麻醉意外2例,严重外伤
