整体锻造压力机曲轴的制造工艺需要大吨位的锻压设备,其特点是加工量大和金属利用系数低。例如,净重5吨的K—203压力机曲轴,由16吨钢锭在3000吨水压机上用五火锻成。苏联锻压机械科学研究所制订了用板极电渣焊制造40、45、40X和40XH钢大型压力机曲轴的工艺。沃罗涅什重型机械压力机厂在修理与制造曲轴时,在生产条件下试验了此种新工艺,因而使该厂获得很大的技术经济效果。下面叙述此种加工的若干结果。
The overall forging press crankshaft manufacturing process requires large tonnage forging equipment, which is characterized by large amount of processing and metal utilization factor is low. For example, a 5-tonne K-203 press crankshaft was forged from 16 tons of steel ingots on a 3000-ton hydraulic press using five fires. Forging Machinery Institute of Soviet Union developed with the plate electrode electroslag welding 40,45,40X and 40XH large steel crankshaft press process. The Voronezh Heavy Machinery Press Factory tested the new process under production conditions while repairing and manufacturing the crankshaft, thus giving the plant significant technical and economic benefits. A few of the results of such machining are described below.
