目的探讨中晚期肝癌(HCC)肝移植术前介入治疗的意义。方法回顾分析2004年1月~2005年12月22例中晚期肝癌肝移植术前行介入治疗的临床资料。结果22例患者术后1年和2年无瘤生存率分别为68.2%和54.5%,1年和2年生存率分别为77.3%和58.9%。结论移植前辅以介入治疗可以作为肝移植术前的一种辅助选择。
Objective To investigate the significance of preoperative interventional treatment of liver cancer in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma before interventional therapy for liver transplantation from January 2004 to December 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 1-year and 2-year disease-free survival rates of the 22 patients were 68.2% and 54.5%, respectively. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 77.3% and 58.9% respectively. Conclusion The interventional treatment before transplantation can be used as an auxiliary choice before liver transplantation.
