目的:观察去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨组织解剖形态的变化,为复方中药治疗骨质疏松模型大鼠提供初步实验依据。方法:用卵巢摘除法诱导骨质疏松模型大鼠,并分别以中药复方高、中、低剂量、西药(乙烯雌酚)进行治疗,通过大鼠子宫湿重、脏器指数及骨组织解剖形态的变化,观察药物对骨质疏松模型大鼠的治疗作用。结果:中药各剂量组对子宫湿重和脏器指数有升高趋势但没有统计学意义,用药组与模型组相比骨质疏松均不同程度减轻。结论:复方中药可以阻止去势大鼠的骨量的丢失和骨结构的退化。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anatomical changes of bone tissue in ovariectomized rats and provide preliminary experimental evidence for the treatment of osteoporosis rats with compound traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Osteoporosis model rats were induced by ovariectomy. The rats were treated with high, medium and low doses of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), western medicine (diethylstilbestrol), wet weight of uterus, organ index and bone anatomy The changes of the observed drug treatment of osteoporosis model rats. Results: There was an increasing trend of uterine wet weight and organ index in each dose group of Chinese medicine, but there was no statistical significance. Compared with model group, osteoporosis was relieved to a lesser extent in both groups. Conclusion: Compound Chinese herbs can prevent the loss of bone mass and the deterioration of bone structure in ovariectomized rats.
