本文报道了9种苯骈噻吩乙腈肟磷酸酯类化合物(comp-1~9)和11种苯骈噻吩乙腈肟硫代磷酸酯类化合物(comp-10~20)直接杀螺作用,其中comp-2、comp-11浸泡钉螺48h和72h的LD_(50)。分别为1.1219mg/L、1.0718mg/L和0.7754mg/L、1.0231mg/L,与五氯酚钠、溴乙酰胺灭螺效果相近。苯骈噻吩磷酸酯类化合物与五氯酚钠(1:1)混合液浸泡杀螺具有增效或相加作用。磷酸酯类化合物增效作用优于硫代磷酸酯类化合物。其中comp-2、comp-4、comp-11增效作用明显。
In this paper, 9 kinds of benzothiophene acetonitrile oxime phosphate compounds (comp-1 ~ 9) and 11 benzothiophene acetonitrile oxime thiophosphate compounds (comp-10 ~ 20) 2, Comp-11 soaked snail 48h and 72h LD_ (50). Respectively, 1.1219mg / L, 1.0718mg / L and 0.7754mg / L, 1.0231mg / L, and pentachlorophenol sodium, bromoacetamide similar effect of snail elimination. Phenanthrethiophene phosphate compounds and sodium pentachlorophenol (1: 1) mixture of soaking kill snail synergistic or additive effect. Phosphate compounds synergistic than phosphorothioate compounds. Which comp-2, comp-4, comp-11 synergy effect is obvious.
