本文应用Omega Wave系统对13名男性脚斗士运动员身体机能指标、神经疲劳指标、能量代谢指标进行测试,分析运动员对训练负荷的适应程度,结果表明我校脚斗士运动员有氧耐力及无氧耐力均处于正常范围,但总体水平相对偏低;脚斗士运动员支撑腿力量高于攻击腿肌肉力量;我校脚斗士运动员反应时、迷走神经因子、交感神经因子及神经紧张度均处于正常范围,说明受试者很好的适应了运动强度,没有出现运动疲劳。
