目的:探讨早期护理管理干预对骨科患者护患关系的影响。方法:选取2016年1~6月浙江医院骨科收治的患者156例,随机分为两组,每组78例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期护理管理干预。通过护患关系信任度量表对两组患者进行问卷调查,患者出院前对护患关系进行评价。结果:两组患者知识和技术确信方面得分差别不大(P>0.05)。观察组患者尊重、一贯性、安心感及对未来的信心得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者认为护患关系优秀率和优良率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理管理干预可以增强骨科患者的安全感及对护理人员的信任感,促进护患良好关系的建立,有助于提高护理质量,减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on the relationship between nurses and patients in orthopedic patients. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients admitted to Department of Orthopedics, Zhejiang Hospital from January to June in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 78 cases in each group. Control group to implement routine care, the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of early nursing management intervention. The two groups of patients were surveyed through trustworthiness scale of nurse-patient relationship. Patients were evaluated before and after discharge from hospital. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in knowledge and technical confidence (P> 0.05). Patients in the observation group were significantly higher in respect of respect, consistency, relief and confidence in the future than those in the control group (P <0.05). Patients in the observation group were rated as excellent and good in nurse-patient relationship (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: Early nursing intervention can enhance the sense of security of orthopedic patients and the trust of nurses, promote the establishment of good relationship between nurses and patients, improve the quality of nursing care and reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
