针对自行设计的多喷嘴液气混合器的具体结构,分析研究了等直径并联管路的流量分配计算的准则,指出在计算变直径并联管路的流量分配时应注意的问题。并建立合理的数学模型,通过计算机仿真优化设计了多喷嘴混合器的尺寸配合关系,证明这种结构混合器的有效性。
According to the concrete structure of the self-designed multi-nozzle liquid-gas mixer, the criteria for calculating the flow distribution of equal-diameter parallel pipes are analyzed and the problems that should be paid attention to when calculating the flow distribution of parallel pipes with variable diameters are pointed out. And a reasonable mathematical model is established. The size matching relationship of multi-nozzle mixer is designed and optimized by computer simulation to prove the effectiveness of this kind of structure mixer.
