目的 探讨癌基因c -myc、凋亡抑制基因bcl-2mRNA在肾上腺良性及恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 应用核酸分子原位杂交方法检测 2 9例良性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤及 7例恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中c -myc、bcl-2基因表达情况。结果 原位杂交结果显示 :c -mycmRNA在良、恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中表达率分别为2 7.5 % (8 2 9) ,71.4% (5 7) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;bcl-2mRNA在良性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中表达率分别为 48.2 % (14 2 9,71.4%(5 7) ,两者比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 1、c -myc在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的发生过程中c -myc基因不起主要作用 ,可能对该肿瘤的恶性变起重要作用 ,c -myc基因产物的检测对鉴别良、恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤有一定意义。 2、bcl-2基因的凋亡抑制作用对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的发生发展有重要意义 ,但在良、恶性肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的鉴别上无临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-myc and bcl-2 mRNA in benign and malignant adrenal pheochromocytoma and its significance. Methods The expression of c-myc and bcl-2 in 29 cases of benign adrenal pheochromocytoma and 7 cases of malignant adrenal pheochromocytoma were detected by in situ hybridization. Results The in situ hybridization results showed that the expression rates of c-myc mRNA in benign and malignant adrenal pheochromocytomas were 25.5% (82.9%), 71.4% (57% 2 mRNA in benign adrenal pheochromocytomas were 48.2% (14 2 9, 71.4%, 57%, respectively) (P 0.05) .Conclusions1 The expression of c -myc C-myc gene can not play a major role in the occurrence of adrenal pheochromocytoma and may play an important role in the malignancy of the tumor. The detection of c -myc gene product is of certain significance for differentiating benign and malignant adrenal pheochromocytomas. 2, bcl-2 gene apoptosis inhibitory effect on the development of adrenal pheochromocytoma has important significance, but in benign and malignant adrenal pheochromocytoma no clinical significance.
