学分制在高职院校的实施,给高职院校的学生管理工作带来很大的挑战,一是行政自然班集体的淡化使班级凝聚力下降;二是加大了学生思想政治工作的难度;三是对学生培养质量的管理带来挑战。学校应该通过建立良好的班集体;以生为本,运用科学的管理方法管理学生;建立与完善导师制等等方法来保证学分制的顺利实施。
The implementation of the credit system in higher vocational colleges brings great challenges to the management of students in higher vocational colleges. First, the desalination of administrative natural classes reduces the cohesion of classes; secondly, it increases the difficulty of students’ ideological and political work Thirdly, it brings challenges to the quality management of students. Schools should establish a good class collective; students-oriented, the use of scientific management methods to manage students; establish and perfect the mentoring system and so on to ensure the smooth implementation of the credit system.
