温度对半导体激光器的特性有很大的影响,在要求半导体激光器输出稳定的波长情况下,必须对其温度进行高精度控制。文中介绍了半导体激光器的高精度温度控制原理和方法,详细给出了温控系统的机械结构和致冷器的控制电路。该系统可以达到0.02℃的控制精度。
The temperature has a great influence on the characteristics of the semiconductor laser. Under the condition that the output wavelength of the semiconductor laser is stable, the temperature must be controlled with high accuracy. The principle and method of high precision temperature control of semiconductor laser are introduced in this paper. The mechanical structure of the temperature control system and the control circuit of the refrigerator are given in detail. The system can reach 0.02 ℃ control accuracy.
