目的：探讨扶正寿康口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：设药物组、对照组、免疫抑制组、免疫抑制给药组。分别进行免疫器官重量测定、Ｔ细胞测定、巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、脾细胞总数及空斑形成细胞（ＰＦＣ）测定、干扰素诱生实验。结果：对小鼠脾脏无明显增重作用，可促进Ｔ及Ｂ淋巴细胞的免疫功能，增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，脾细胞总数及ＰＦＣ均升高，可诱导干扰素的生成。结论：本制剂可增强小鼠的免疫功能，具有对抗免疫抑制作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Shoukang Oral Liquid on immune function in mice. Methods: Drug group, control group, immunosuppression group, immunosuppressive drug administration group were set up. The immune organ weights, T cell assays, macrophage phagocytosis experiments, spleen cell counts, plaque forming cells (PFC) assays, and interferon induction assays were performed. RESULTS: No significant weight gain was observed in spleen of mice, which could promote the immune function of T and B lymphocytes, enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages, increase the total number of splenocytes and PFC, and induce the production of interferon. Conclusion: This preparation can enhance the immune function of mice and has anti-immunosuppressive effect
