现将溶血尿毒综合征误诊为过敏性紫癜1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,10岁。因腹痛,呕吐,出皮疹0.5 d于2009-10-26入院。无特殊药物接触史。查体:T 36.2℃,R 30次/min,P 102次/min,BP 90/65 mm Hg。神清,精神欠佳,面色苍黄,躯干,四肢和睑结膜可见散在出血点。浅表淋巴结未及。心肺无
Now hemolytic uremic syndrome misdiagnosed as anaphylactoid purpura in 1 case as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 10 years old. Due to abdominal pain, vomiting, a rash 0.5 d on 2009-10-26 admission. No special drug exposure history. Examination: T 36.2 ℃, R 30 times / min, P 102 times / min, BP 90/65 mm Hg. Clear, poor spirit, pale yellow, torso, limbs and conjunctiva visible scattered bleeding point. Superficial lymph nodes did not reach. No cardiopulmonary
