在沈阳军区卫生部党委及沈阳军区总医院党委正确领导下,于1958年制定眼科研究计划,提出在部队中调查官兵20,000名的眼病情况,由军区总医院和兄弟医院组织了眼科军医12名,眼科护士5名,前后划分四个组,花费60多天的时间,曾在旅大、四平、吉林等地区的部队,共调查官兵22,100名,所检查的项目有:视力、眼病及色盲等。今将调查的结果介绍于下。
Under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the Shenyang Military Region Ministry of Health and the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital Party Committee, in 1958, an ophthalmic research project was formulated, and the investigation of 20,000 eye diseases among officers and soldiers was proposed. Twelve eye medical practitioners were organized by the Military General Hospital and Brothers Hospital, Ophthalmology nurses 5, before and after the division of the four groups, took more than 60 days, had Luda, Siping, Jilin and other areas of the army, a total of 22,100 officers and soldiers were investigated, the items examined are: vision, eye disease and color blindness.
