健儿散是治疗小儿脾虚厌食症的中医珍藏秘方,由川明参、鸭内金等多味中药组成。295例脾虚厌食病儿连续服用健儿散14日,病儿食欲提高,体重增加,总有效率达79.66％。健儿散尚可使脾虚厌食病儿尿中淀粉酶含量增加,D-木糖测定含量亦较对照组为高,提示病儿服健儿散后,消化、吸收功能均有所提高。本文观察了健儿散对正常动物和大黄性“脾虚证”动物体重增长及对“脾虚证”大鼠血清淀粉酶及D-木糖含量的影响。
Jianer San is a traditional Chinese herbal remedy for the treatment of children with anorexia due to spleen deficiency. It is composed of Chuan Ming Shen and Ya Nei Jin. 295 children with anorexia spleen deficiency took Jianji Powder for 14 consecutive days, the appetite of the sick children increased, weight increased, and the total effective rate was 79.66%. Jianer San Shang can increase the content of amylase in urine of patients with anorexia due to deficiency of spleen, and the content of D-xylose is also higher than that in the control group, suggesting that the children’s digestive and absorption functions are improved after serving children. This article observed the effect of Jianer San on the body weight gain of normal animals and rhubarb-induced “spleen-deficiency syndrome” animals and the serum amylase and D-xylose content in “spleen-deficiency syndrome” rats.
