报告１１例１４眼改良ＲＫ手术—Ｍｉｎｉ－ＲＫ随访６个月。这是一种短切口的ＲＫ。切口界于离视区中心３至８ｍｍ之间，长２．５ｍｍ。结果表明，－４Ｄ以下近视屈光度降低３．０９±０．１９Ｄ，中高度近视降低４．０８±０．２０Ｄ。讨论了本术式的长处和技巧。
Eleven patients (14 eyes) with modified RK surgery-Mini-RK were followed up for 6 months. This is a short cut RK. The incision boundary is 3 to 8mm away from the center of the viewing area, 2.5mm long. The results showed that the myopic refraction below -4D was 3.09 ± 0.19D, and myopia was 4.08 ± 0.20D. Discusses the strengths and techniques of this procedure.
