利用钎焊的基本原理,以黄铜作为钎料,在加热炉中实现A3钢与A3钢的连接,且对不同规范参数下得到的钎焊接头进行了性能测试,找出了使用黄铜作钎料。A3钢钎焊接头的综合性能最佳的工艺参数是:钎焊温度为930~950℃;钎焊时间为5~8min;钎焊间隙为0.08~0.1mm。从而为黄铜作钎料进行低碳钢焊接的钎焊工艺提供了依据。
Using the basic principle of brazing, using brass as brazing filler metal, connecting A3 steel and A3 steel in a heating furnace, and testing the performance of the brazed joints obtained under different specifications, and finding out the use of brass Solder material. A3 steel brazing joint overall performance of the best process parameters are: brazing temperature of 930 ~ 950 ℃; brazing time is 5 ~ 8min; brazing gap of 0.08 ~ 0.1mm. Thus providing a basis for brass brazing process for low carbon steel brazing.
