用化学硬化砂铸造碳钢,低降合金钢和铸件在很多厂矿都已普遍运用,国内外资料也很多.关于高锰钢件如何利用化学硬化砂铸造,尤其是对原材料的配合控制等,很多厂矿都在摸索,而且也存在不少问题,很多问题都还在争论,没有得出一个比较统一的结论.我厂自去年10月开始用化学硬化砂铸造高锰钢铸件以来,到现在生产了近千吨的高锰钢件,都用化学硬化砂铸造,浇注后铸件表面异常光滑,是一般砂型不能比拟的,尺寸精确度也达到了技术条件.现将我们的试造与生产过程介绍如下:
