宣城地区戏剧创作之所以年年取得新成果,有三条经验值得借鉴:第一,各级领导重视,地委、行署、县(市)委、政府大力支持。第二,创作措施得力,年年有规划,建立了奖励机制。第三,有一支创作精力充沛、老中青结合、专业与业余作者结合的相对稳定的创作队伍。今年,他们又先行一步,安排了第四届安徽省艺术节、省黄梅戏剧院征稿、省第七届小品大赛的创作任务,希望各地、市、县都要象宣城地区那样重视戏剧创作,为繁荣我省的社会主义文艺事业作出贡献。
There are three experiences worth learning from the achievements made in the theater of Xuancheng every year: First, leaders at all levels attach great importance to the support of the prefectural and administrative commissions, county (city) committees and governments. Second, effective measures of creation, planning every year, established a reward system. Third, there is a relatively stable creative team with creative energetic, old and young, professional and amateur writers. This year, they took the first step and arranged the fourth session of the Anhui Provincial Arts Festival, the province’s Huangmei Theater, and the seventh provincial sketch contest.
