本研究应用口腔癌前病变动物模型,从活体照相、组织学和微血管等方面,对低频脉冲电刺激作用于口腔癌前病变进行观察,空白对照组肉眼可见肿瘤组织大量生成,100%病变发生癌变。低频脉冲电刺激组肿瘤生成少见,33.3%病变逆转趋向于正常。结果表明,低频脉冲电刺激可能通过激活癌前细胞的电化学、电生理变化,改善微循环,提高局部免疫功能,从而发挥对口腔癌前病变的阻断作用。
In this study, oral precancerous lesions of animal models, from in vivo photographic, histological and microvascular and so on, the role of low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in oral precancerous lesions were observed, the blank control group visible mass production of tumor tissue, 100% lesions of cancer . Low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation of tumor formation is rare, 33.3% of lesions reversed to normal. The results showed that low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation could block the precancerous lesions of oral cavity by activating the electrochemical and electrophysiological changes of precancerous cells, improving microcirculation and enhancing local immune function.
