目的:探讨肺抑宁2号对Lewis肺癌小鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法:建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药组、西药组,用肺抑宁2号治疗Lewis肺癌小鼠,计算抑瘤率,进行光镜和电镜下瘤细胞凋亡的形态学观察。结果:抑瘤率中药组与模型组比较明显提高(P<0.05),光镜下可见中药组肿瘤团块小,细胞体积小,异型性不明显,病理性核分裂像少,电镜下可见凋亡小体。结论:肺抑宁2号能诱导Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡,可能是该方抗肺癌机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effects of LF-2 on Lewis lung carcinoma cell apoptosis. Methods: Lewis lung cancer mouse model was established and randomly divided into model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Lewis lung cancer mice were treated with LF2 for calculation of tumor inhibition rate, morphological changes of tumor cells under light microscope and electron microscope Learn to observe. Results: Compared with the model group, the tumor inhibition rate was significantly increased (P <0.05). Under the light microscope, the tumor mass was small, the cell size was small, the atypia was not obvious, the pathological mitosis was less, and apoptosis was observed under the electron microscope Small body. Conclusion: LF 2 can induce tumor cell apoptosis in Lewis lung cancer mice, which may be one of the mechanisms of anti-lung cancer.
