40年代急性肾功能衰竭(以下简称急肾衰)的病死率较高,1976年Minuth氏报告的急肾衰104例病死率仍高达57％。我室自1974年8月至1978年11月共收治急肾衰26例,经控制原发病、透析治疗及中医辨证论治,初步总结如下。
