雷尼替丁为组织胺H_2受体阻滞剂.临床上常用于治疗消化性溃疡,副作用少,治疗效果好.我们在临床应用中发现雷尼替丁致晨尿增多、尿频2例,简述如下:
Ranitidine histamine H_2 receptor blocker clinically used in the treatment of peptic ulcer with few side effects and good therapeutic effect.We found in clinical application of ranitidine-induced morning urine increased, urinary frequency in 2 cases, as outlined below :
