腹水可由多种疾病引起,临床上不少病例通过腹水常规、生化检查及腹水脱落细胞等检查仍不能明确诊断。我们自2002年4月至2006年4月对11例不明原因的渗出性腹水患者行经皮穿刺腹膜活检,报告如下。
